Plastic Tubes

Plastic Barrier Laminates (PBL)
These tubes are particularly suitable for packaging that needs to offer strong chemical resistance whilst maintaining barrier properties.
Standard laminates are offered in white or natural (clear) ,but specialty custom colours can also be developed.
Aluminium Barrier Laminates (ABL)
These tubes allow superior light, air and moisture barrier along with reduced flavour absorption in a more durable tube; suitable for pastes, ointments, creams, gels & OTC pharmaceutical products.
In addition, our supplier also produces a range of custom laminates. Some of these are designed to capture consumer attention in market – such as metallic, iridescent, holographic, soft touch or custom coloured materials.
We can customise the laminate for aggressive or hard-to-hold formulations, as well as offer different barrier strengths and thicknesses in laminate to comply with various requirements (e.g. Five-Layer Laminate Structures, Barrier Layer -either Aluminium foil or EVOH for Plastic laminate, Copolymer / Tie layer and Polyethylene).
Extruded tubes
Our seamless tubes can be designed with custom coloured materials and high-end printing techniques.
The tube structure range includes Monolayer ( LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE and HDPE) through to Multilayer co-extruded options.
Printing capability can include up to 8 colours for offset (line & text, vignettes and illustrations) or up to 6 colours silkscreen and metallic & pearlescent inks.
Labelling options include full wrap, front & back, label sets and patch labels; as well as multi-layer and tactile labels.
Extruded tubes are manufactured, printed and capped in-line. Special printing options such as silk screen printing, foil blocking and labelling are secondary processes.

These tubes are suitable for a range of products such as Toothpaste, Hair Dye, Pharmaceutical Creams, Ointments and Adhesives.
There is a range of Aluminium tube nozzles, made with 99.7% minimum purity aluminium in accordance with British Standards.
The base can be coated and printed with up to 6 colours.
